I signed up, now what?

  • After you sign up, submit your question. In the subject line, please include the topic of your question. Allow 24-48 hours for a response; we will reply to the email address you provided during submission. Once you receive your answer, please do not reply to that email. If you need to submit a follow-up question, please do so through your account portal using the same question title.
